DEPOSITS

Dependent upon situations and what is being booked, a NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE fee will be required when booking to secure your spot as follows:

All Appointments require a $30 - $150 deposit depending upon the service(s).

Class Appointment is $1000

1:1 Training Class Appointment is $1000

The entirety (100%) of the booking fee will go towards the amount that is due on the day of the appointment or class. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the appointment day / first class day. Cancelling of your appointment or classroom spot for any reason will result in loss of your booking fee. The booking fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE so please book wisely. I have a huge respect for people’s time and I require the same of my clients and students.

LATE POLICY

Due to scheduling commitments and obligation to other clients, you must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late your appointment will be considered a “no call, no show” and result in loss of any applicable booking fee. When you are late or do not show up to your appointment on time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity for service.  Please keep in mind weather conditions and traffic when making plans for your appointment so that you are on time.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling or cancellation of lash or class appointments will forfeit the applicable booking fee.

GUESTS

• Only ONE guest allowed per client. NO pets or children allowed due to interruptions and safety concerns including cross contamination and disruption of tools, supplies, and equipment.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• For health and hygiene reasons, all piercing jewelry sales are final.

• Worn jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Lost jewelry is not eligible for refund or replacement.

• Manufacturer defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
